  2. Then add salt red chilli powder zeera powder and baking soda
  3. Nicely mix then add water and make a thick batter
  4. Heat the oil in fry pan not karahi on medium flame and put small amounts of batter in pan like little balls
  5. Fry until nice golden colour
  6. Take them out of oil then put them in bowl of water for five minutes
  7. Take them out of water and set a dish like this
  8. Add green chutney and red
  9. Add onion rings
  10. Sprinkle coriandar leaves and enjoy light and yummy long chura
