  2. Drain the water from the soaked rice and grind it with egg and coconut milk until very smooth

  6. If u feel the batter is thick consistency, u can add more coconut milk or water

  9. Keep the cake pan into the steamer
  10. Steam cook for 20 to 25 mins low flame
  11. After 25 u can check whether it is cooked
  12. Let it cool completely slice the steamed cake and serve it
