- For chasni :add sugar and water in pan and make chasni by dissolving the sugar,make chasni sticky but not one or two thread (because if it’s thick ghevar won’t absorb it)
- Pour the chasni on ghevar for six to seven times and keep it at room temperature for resting at least five to six hours do that it soak the syrup
- Tip :it can be served as it is or cans be topped with rabdi
