- Now add sugar in mixer jar,grind it,and make fine powder.
- Heat 2 spoon ghee,roast almonds and cashews for one minute. Transfer it in a plate.
- In same wok add grinded dal.Roast it for 4-5 minutes.Stir continuesly. Turn off the flame.Let it slightly cool.
- In a large mixing bowl,add powdered sugar,milk powder, ghee and cardamom powder.Mix it very well for few minutes.
- Add grinded dal and roasted dry fruits.Mix it altogether.
- Take two bowls.Transfer the mixture in it and press. Keep it aside to rest for an hour.
- To make a cat, arrange it like the picture and make it's eyes, nose, mouth, ears and tail with dry fruits.
