- Add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, green chillies, 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder and 1 tbsp homemade qorma masala powder and stir it.
- Add brown onions and 1 cup yogurt in a blender and blend and pour into chicken. - Cook for 10 mins on low flame with covered lid.
- Add 1 cup water with 1 tsp kewra water and cook for 15 mins more on low flame with covered lid.
- Dish out and serve.
