- First take a pan add sesame seeds and roast them (Remember don't change sesame's own colour) when sesame roasted takeout a plate.Now roast peanuts remove peanuts outer skin and keep a side.
- Now take a pan add ghee when ghee is melted then add jaggery and melt the jaggery completely (Remember continusly stir it).
- When your jaggery completely melted then add roasted sesame and peanut give it a good mix. Now keep your flame slow to medium and cook it in 2_3minutes continusly stir it.
- After 2minutes switch off the flame now applying littile bit of ghee greej your working surface then add this mixture spread it properly give it a square shape now give it a cut marks and cool it completely.
- After cooldown this Chikki take a help of a knife demold this chikkis and divide this chikkis and store it air tight container.enjoy!
