- Dry roast the sesame seeds on a very low flame till crispy. Don't burn.
- Cool and grind them till smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
- Meanwhile boil milk, add cream and condensed milk and mix well.
- Take out 3-4tbsp of milk and mix with the sesame seeds paste. Mix well so that no lumps will remain.
- Pour this to the boiling milk mixture.
- Do constant stirring till mixture reduces and becomes thick creamy like texture.
- If you want to add sugar can add in this stage. Mix well. Switch off.
- Add rose essence and fold. Cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to a container, cover and keep in the freezer for 5-6hours.
- After 6hours take out the mixture, blend, sprinkle few roasted sesame seeds and keep in the freezer again for 8hours or overnight.
- Serve black sesame seeds Ice Cream with any sauce of your choice. Here I served with homemade strawberry sauce. It tastes yum.
