- Get for chicken marination*
- Prepare Chicken 1 kg boneless
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper

- Get 5 Red Patna mirchen
- Get 1/3 tsp Red chilli flakes
- Get Tomato ketchup 3_4 tbsp
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Make ready 1/3 tsp Black pepper
- Get For veggies*
- Prepare Capsicum 3 Julien
- Take 1/2 bottle Olives
- Take 1/3 tin Sweet corns
- Take to taste Salt
- Get 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Take Onion 1 Julien
- Take Carrot 2 Julien
- Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Mix the cumin, paprika, and oregano together (unless you have some of this dry rub mixed up ready, as mentioned above!), and season each side. A spicy steak in red Mexican chile sauce. Steps to make Mexican salsa steak:
- for chicken marination method
- In a bowl combine all ingredients.
- Now add chicken and rub mixture on it.
- Marinate chicken for at least 5_6 hours.
- Then heat oil / butter in a pan and fry chicken until done.
- for salsa sauce*
- In a blander add all ingredients and little water and blend it well.
- Take out in a pan cook for 5-8 mins on medium flame.
- for veggies*
- In a pan heat oil/ butter add onions and saute for 2 mins then add all veggies,salt,soya sauce and black pepper and stir well.
- Now place chicken piece in serving plate pour sauce on it and in side add veggies.
- Serve hot ππ
