  2. Beat sugar and butter in a bowl well. Add egg and blend until frothy. Add vanilla extract and sesame seeds. Mix well
  3. Add dry ingredients and knead soft dough. Preheat oven to 180, line baking tray
  4. Dust surface with flour. Roll dough and cut the desired shape. Do not roll thin dough. Place cookies in tray. Add chopped nuts to centre and press
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until base is golden brown. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Place cookies on rack. Allow to cool completely. Store in airtight container. Serve as required
