- With the silver membrane gone rinse and pat dry the ribs
- Mix the butter, mustard, Horseradish sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.
- It's ready to put on the ribs.
- Do the side that's boney and had the silver skin membrane on it that you removed.
- Salt the meaty side before you coat it
- Rub it all over the other side of the ribs.
- Put into the oven and slow cook for 2-1/2 hours.
- Let rest for 10 minutes. Now to slice.
