  4. Now Heat ghee in deep kadai or pan.
  5. Regulate the flame to medium to low and drop balls in it and deep fry until they turns brown.
  6. Allow the balls to cool a bit for 3 to 4 minutes and add in Sugar syrup.
  7. Allow them to soak in sugar syrup for 30 to 40 mins.
  8. Serve with Sugar syrup.
