- For Gulab jamun balls:- Take a pan add ghee then milk stir well 2 seconds add Milk powder(i used everyday),1spn sugar boil for 5mins. Then add roasted Suji and continue stir well no lumbs will comes. Mix till the batter turns thick.
- Then mix like making dough with the help of hand. Then make a balls. Fry balls brownish colour.
