Then add gulab jamun and donot turn the gulab jamun quickly give it a time, so it can get a good brown colour from one side.. Then turn and move them so they can get even colour.
  6. Put all gulab jamun in sugar syrup and remember sugar syrup must be warm(donot turn on the flame). Then for 20 min the gulab jamun must be dip in the pan.. Take out from pan and plaace these in a bowl in which they can soak easy. And then dip this for about 2 hours (jitna zayada dip rhken gy utna hai absorb ho ga, mein ne 4 hours tak rhka tha.)
