The ingredients needed to make Baked Artichoke:
  1. Make ready 1 artichoke
  2. Prepare 6 garlic cloves minced
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup olive oil
  4. Make ready 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  5. Make ready 3 Tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  6. Take 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  7. Take to taste salt and pepper
Steps to make Baked Artichoke:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Cut top of of artichoke and trim the points off. Rub lemon over cut part of artichoke. Season with salt and pepper
  3. In a bowl add garlic, oil, lemon juice, parsley and cheese season with salt and pepper, stir
  4. Place artichoke in a piece of tin foil, and pour garlic mixture over artichoke. Wrap artichoke in the foil. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. ENJOY!!
