- Get Fresh vegetables as condiments
- Make ready Green cabbage
- Get Bean sprouts
- Make ready Torch Ginger
- Get Water celery(selom)

Steps to make Laksam Kelantan(Malaysia):
- Mix all flours. Add on water and mix them thouroughly. Add on salt and oil. Put aside
- Grease a pan using cooking oil and put inside a steamer. Pour 1 cup of the batter on the pan and spread the batter evenly. Close the steamer lid. Wait until 3 mins and remove the pan out of the steamer only when the pancake got bubbles. Roll the pancake slowly and cut into pieces just like the third picture. Cut the pancake using scissors.
- Separate fish flesh from bones and head after it is already cooked. Then Blend all fish flesh together with all gravy’s ingredients. Use only 2cups of coconut milk at this time. Cook with medium heat. Then blend all the bones and fish head with remaining 2 cups of coconut milk. Strain the bones and only take the fish solution.Mix well until it cooked.
- Blend all chili paste ingredient with 1/2 cup of water. Make sure the texture is course.
- Wash all vegetables and let it dry. All vegetables except Water Celery and bean sprout are finely chopped and served as condiments
- Assemble the Laksam inside a bowl as below. Best served when the gravy is still hot.
