Instructions to make Vegetable Quiches:
  1. Take flour in a bowl,add butter,salt,and pepper powder.Mix to form a crumbled texture.Knead to a firm dough with the help of 1-2 table spoon cold water.Cover and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan,add 1tea spoon oil,add chopped onion and fry till golden.Add beans,garlic powder and salt.Mix well,add all vegetables.Add 1table spoon water and cook 2minutes till vegetables are soft.Keep aside.
  3. Roll dough into a 1/2'thick sheet,put in a greased mould.Give shape to the quiche as shown in picture.Prepare two quiches.Prick them.
  4. Take egg,and milk in a bowl,beat to smooth.Add a pinch of salt and grated cottage cheese.Add mixed herb and nutmeg powder also.
  5. Put vegetables in both quiches,pour half egg mix on both the quiches.Bake in a preheated oven at 190°c for 25 minutes.
  6. Take out after 25 minutes,serve hot.
