- In a kadai add oil and let it heat then add cumin seeds let it splutter, then add potatoes fry for 2 min.
- Then add chopped beans fry for a while then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well cook for a while on low flame & cover the lid.
- Then add tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes get soft and the veggies are cooked.
- Once the veggies are done add coriander leaves and garam masala cook for few more minutes.
- Serve it.
