- Heat oil or ghee in kadai. Now grease your palm with oil. Take a small portion from dough and make a ball and keep aside.
- As oil gets heat. Slow flame and add balls in let it turn in brown colour then remove fried gulab jamun in tissue paper.
- Later let all gulab jamun get cool than warm the chaasni for 5 minutes on slow flame. Turn of flame. Than add fried gulab jamun in chaasni. Let it stay in chaasni for one and a half hour.
- Now gulab jamun is ready. Serve it and enjoy it.
