- Now add tomatoes and cover for 5 mins till it gets soft. Add some water and cook for 10 15 minutes in slow flame. Let the mixture gets cool down.
- After this grind it in the mixer and strain it.
- Take same pan add ghee or butter or oil as per ur choice. Add whole garam Masala and pour the gravy.. cook it for some time.
- Now add cashew paste to it. Stir continuously. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins. Add water as per requirement if u feel gravy is thick.
- Heat the charcoal on gas until it turns red. lace it in on one katori pour half teaspoon ghee over it and cover immediately to get the smoky flavour. Keep it for 5 mins.
- Now gravy is ready to be served with Koftas. Serve it with hot Naans
