  1. साखर व पाणी एकत्र करा व gas वर ठेवा त्यात 2/3 वेलची टाका,साखर वीरघळली व पाक जरा चीकट झाला की gas बंद करा.
  2. खवा,मैदा,सोडा,वेलची पूड एकत्र करा खुप छान smash करा व आवडीप्रमाणे आकार द्या
  3. तळण्यासाठी slow gas ठेवा व golden colour आल्यावर कोमट पाकात टाका
  4. 1 तास पाकात ठेऊन serve करा.
