In the same pan add 2-3 tbsp oil add grated onion or onion paste saute untill it turns brown add ginger garlic paste.saute for one minutes.then turn the flame medium and add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt mix well.add 1/4 cup water and cover it cook on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes.now remove the lid and cooked gravy masala on high flame for 1-2 minutes.add 1 cup water and garam masala powder,cover and cooked on medium flame when a boil comes turn off the flame
  5. In a serving bowl put the koftas add gravy and garnish with coriander leaves.enjoy the koftas with roti or naan.
