The ingredients needed to make Gongura Chutney:
  1. Get For Dry Roast
  2. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. Prepare 1 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
  4. Get 6-7 dry red chilli

  6. Get 1/2 punch gongura leaves
  7. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  8. Get to taste Salt

  13. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds(optional)
Instructions to make Gongura Chutney:
  1. First pick gongura leaf from the stem And nicely wash gongura leaf with 3-4 water and dry them with kitchen towel.
  2. In pan roast dry ingredients. And let them cool down and grind make powder. Keep it aside.
  3. In same pan add 1 tsp oil and fry gongura leaf. Keep stirring until the Gongura leaves become soft; it will take less than a minute. Let it cool down.
  4. Now transfer leaves to jar, add salt and dry roasted ingredients powder. Grind them nicely. Chutney is ready.
  5. Now for seasoning, In pan add few drops of oil add mustard seeds, garlic and red chilli and pour on chutney. (I just gave tadka of dry red chilli) Enjoy!!!
