- Deep it in cool water,then squeeze the excess water in it.Then transfer it into a mixing bowl.
- Now add 1/4 cup milk, sugar with it.Put them into a grinder & grind them to a smooth paste.Add some saffron strands soak in warm milk.
- Brush a steamer container with ghee & then add the cottage cheese batter.
- Steam it for 30 mints in low medium heat.Then let the steam sandesh to cool down.
- Meanwhile make rabdi.Heat a kadai & pour the milk in low medium flame.Reduce the milk to 1/4,then add sugar,saffron strands, cook it for few mints.
- Once done turn off the heat, take it out in a bowl.
- Now place the steam sandesh pieces over the rabdi.
- Decorate the steam sandesh with sugar spam.
