- Beef ke parchon par achi tarha laga kar 24 hrs ke liye marinate karden.
- Koylon ko garamkar lein.
- Parchon ko seekh par piro lein.zigzag form me parchay seekh par pironay hain.
- Koylon par saik lein sath sath oil se greasing karte jayen.
- Jab kabab sikh jayen to dish out karlen.
