- Collect all the ingredients together
- Wash and peel potatoes and grate them through grater and wash with water to remove starch
- Strain grated potatoes to remove all the water. Squeeze from hands as well.
- Take a large bowl and add strained grated potatoes
- Add all-purpose flour and rest of other dried spices
- Mix every thing well. If needed add more flour to make a thick sticky mixture.
- Add chopped onions and mix again
- Now apply oil over palm and take some mixture and give shape of chapli kabab and add tomato piece on top. Similarly make all kababs and keep a side.
- Now heat oil and add these kabab in pan facing tomato side at bottom of pan. Cook on low to medium flame till golden brown from that side. Than flip to other side to cook till golden brown.
- Dish out and serve with chutney and salad. Enjoy with your family
