For sabzi, Add chana dal,in a cooker,put 3 tsp oil,when heated put grated onions stir till it becomes pinkish-brown then put ginger garlic paste haldi Red chilli powder and put chana dal (washed and soaked for 1/2 hour),put salt, coriander powder,and cover the cooker for 4 whistles,garnish with coriander leaves

For Baingan ka bharta :Take two big Brinjals, wash, put over it and roast on Gas in a medium flame, till it becomes soft,then in a Pan put oil and put little Jeera, then put grated onions stir till it becomes pinkish-brown then put tomato puree/ cubes, put ginger garlic paste haldi, red chilli powdert,dhaniya powder salt and then put smashed Brinjals (peel out the skin f Brinjals which is been roasted over Gas),
  4. Cook for at least 10-15 mins and garnish with coriander leaves and Kasturi methi and little garam masala.
