- Saute the onions, fennel and cumin seeds in the oil until they soften
- Next add the ginger and garlic pastes and the green chillies and saute for a couple of minutes
- Add the masala, potatoes, tomatoes and some salt, 1/4 cup of water, and cook on medium low until the potatoes has cooked a bit
- Finally add the frozen veggies and continue to cook on medium low
- Once cooked, butter the buns and toast it on a non-stick pan until it has lightly browned on both sides
- Garnish the gravy with coriander and serve it with the toasted buns
