- Put oil in a large pot. Add all the veg in and sauté til tender, about 10 minutes on med/high. Add corn and salt and pepper and cook til hot and bubbly then add cream and stir. Since I used frozen corn this time I used a potato masher to the corn and broke it up a bit.
