- Add cornflour and knead well with some milk.
- Make round balls and create a small hole and add pinch of sugar and1 or 2 saffron stands.
- Cover and make the ball even.
- Take a big vessel and heat the oil. Deep fry the balls on low medium flame.
- When it gets golden brown, take it out and dip in the sugar syrup.
- Allow them to soak in the syrup for 30 minutes.
- Remove the kala jamun and place in a serving bowl.
