  6. Make round balls and create a small hole and add pinch of sugar and1 or 2 saffron stands.
  7. Cover and make the ball even.
  8. Take a big vessel and heat the oil. Deep fry the balls on low medium flame.
  9. When it gets golden brown, take it out and dip in the sugar syrup.
  10. Allow them to soak in the syrup for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the kala jamun and place in a serving bowl.
