- Chicken is ready
- Punch the dough after rising
- Cut the dough into two pieces and roll it into oval shape with the help of rolling pin
- Put the butter paper on baking tray and grease it with oil
- And place rolled dough
- Add cooked chicken and spread evenly
- Now fold the edges/side to make a boat shape
- Brush the edges/side of the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle white sesame
- Bake in preheated pateela for 30 to 40 minutes for until golden brown
