- Take 1/2 Tablespoon chopped Garlic finely
- Take 1/3 Cup Green Capsicum (bell pepper), diced
- Make ready 2 Green Chillies, slit and cut in halves
- Make ready 2 Tablespoons Spring Onion finely chopped (green part only)
- Take 2 Tablespoons oil
- Take 1 Tablespoon soy Sauce
- Get 1/2 Tablespoon chilli sauce
- Get 2 Tablespoons tomato Ketchup
Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian Dry:
- For manchurian dumplings: Take a bowl, add chopped carrot, grated cabbage, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli and spring onion followed by 1 teaspoon oil, all purpose flour, corn flour pepper powder and salt.
- Mix all ingredients well. Prepare small oval shape balls from the mix. Avoid adding water in the mix for making balls, as water released by vegetables will be enough to bind them.
- In case the mix does not bind properly and dumplings cannot be made, add some water (maximum 2 tablespoons) in the mixture. Make the 8-10 dumplings as image "Dumplings before frying"
- Roll the dumplings in all purpose flour to make the outer surface dry. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
- When oil is hot enough to deep fry, add and deep fry raw dumplings on medium flame until they turn golden brown.Fry it till "Dumplings after frying"
- Keep the fried dumpling in a plate having paper towel (to remove excess oil from deep fried veg dumplings)
- Heat oil in thick bottom pan on medium heat
- Once oil is hot add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute it for about a minute
- Add red onion and bell pepper. Cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. Stir it continuously.
- Add spring onion, mix it well
- Add tomato ketch up, soya sauce and chilli sauce; Saute it for 2 minutes
- Add veg dumplings, mix all ingredients for 3-4 minutes
- Veg manchurian dry is ready to be served
- Note: * In the recipe you can make changes in vegetables used to prepare the dumplings according to your taste liking.
