  4. Put off the gas flame now, pour in the mixture, immediately to any ceramic/terracotta/borosilicate cups/bowls/vessels
  5. Garnish with the scraped tender coconut flesh & fresh mint leaves & refrigerate the same for at least, 3-4 hrs time before serving it absolutely CHILLED
