Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Take 1 cup of Green Peas,1 chopped carrot,1 chopped potato,1 small chopped Cauliflower,2 chopped Green Peppers,1 chopped small Brinjal with skin peeled,some chopped Green Beans and take these ingredients and wash properly.
  2. Take some water in a cooker and add these ingredients.
  3. Cook till 2 whistles.
  4. Now mash these ingredients.
  5. Now take 2 chopped Onions,3 tomatoes Puree.
  6. Now take 4 tbsp of oil and heat it.Now add 1/2 tsp Jeera,1/4 tsp Hing,1 tbsp of garlic paste,the 2 chopped onions (Cook till it's golden brown.)Now add 1/2 tsp of haldi powder,1/2 tbsp of ginger paste,2 tbsp of red chilli powder,salt per taste,1 tbsp dhaniya powder,1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala,1 tsp Garam Masala and now add the tomato puree and mix it well.
  7. Cook for 3-5 minutes and then add the mashed vegetables and mix well.
  8. Now add about 1 lemons juice,1 tsp Sugar and mix everything and cook till 5-10 minutes.
  9. Once the oil starts to rise,you may add more chilli powder and garam masala if you want it hot.
  10. Add 1 tbsp of fresh coriander and mix well.Now your Bhaji is ready.
  11. Garnish with coriander and when you are going to have it add some butter on top.Serve with roasted Pav (buns),onion Salad and Roasted Papadam.
