- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Knead the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes
- Take half tablespoon of the mixture and make an oval shape. Pierce a toothpick in the center and place the kabab in the center
- 300g will make upto 40 kabab lollipops. Place them in refrigerator for 20 minutes
- Now coat them with flour
- Heat the half cup oil in a large pan and swallow fry them for 20 minutes on very low flame by turning the side after 10 minutes and covering the lid
- Delicious kabab lollipops are ready to eat with imili ki chutney or ketchup. It is a very good appetizer 😊
