Steps to make Multigrain Mini Pizzas:
- Mix flour and oats in a bowl
- Make 3 wells, add 1 TSP salt, yeast and sugar. Gently mix
- Add lukewarm water as required and knead a smooth dough
- Coat the dough with 1 tbsp oil
- Cover and let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size
- The dough can be stored in refrigerator upto 3 days. Prepare the Dough in advance and use as required
- Gently deflate the dough and knead for 2-3 minutes
- Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
- Make equal portions of dough. Roll into mini pizzas. Roll thick or thin as required. Gently prick the pizza all over. Place on baking tray
- Bake for 10 minutes
- In a bowl, add chopped veggies, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil. Toss well
- Apply pizza sauce
- Spread chopped veggies and olives evenly over the pizza
- Add cheese over the veggies
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts in preheated oven at 180 deg
- Sprinkle oregano, parsley and red chilli flakes. Serve
