- Now add salt and lemon juice and curry patta. After Suji is roasted add vegetables and again roast for 5 mins.
- Now add hot water into it and mix well.
- Allow it to boil till all the water is absorbed well and it becomes dry.
- Put coriander leaves and mix again.
- Serve hot it bowl.
- Please note…I like vegetables little crunchy so I added without boiling. U can boil vegetables in hot water which we have to add in Siju
