- Roast whole dry masala and grind into fine powder.
- Wash finely chopped mince and put on strainer so all water drain off from meat.
- Chopped onion and drain all water from it.
- In mince Add all masala, Oil ginger paste and onion mix everything very gently for at least 15 min keep it marinated for 5 to 6 hours.
- Now take a wooden skewer and place your mince in it and give a Seekh kabab shape with help of hand.
- Fry in oil or grill in pan. give coal smoke before serving.
- Serve with salad.
