  3. Then add tomatoes in cube shape in it.mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add boil potatoes.mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.then add 1tbsp of lemon juice.and mix it well.and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Baingan ka Bharta is ready to eat.served them with rotti r mint raita.
