- Heat oil in a pan,add slice onion, fry till pink.then add zeera,let it pop. Add cutti lal mirch,salt,haldi,ginger garlic paste & fry till oil comes out. Add kalonji.
- Add chop tomato & fry till soft.add lobia phali, fry well in masala.add diced aloo (potato),mix well.cover & cook over low -medium heat till both are tender.water from Aloo & phali helps in cook.check in betwen. If needed then add little water.
- When colour of phali is changed & aloo are soft & water is absorbed,add sabut lal mirch (optional) & imli ka pulp.cover &turn off heat.garnish with ginger julians.lemons can increase flavour also.serve hot with chapati & enjoy with Cookpad.
