- Now put the sprouted green beans, chana, potatoes and vada in a deep dish. Add salted bundi, lemon and pepper flavoured groundnuts, puri. Pour the yogurt on it. Then pour tamarind and green chutney. Now sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle plain sev. Sprinkle chopped coriander.
