- Turn on flame and apply oil on brinjal(Best trick to minimize waste of brinjal while peeling it's skin) then give it steam at flames and when completely cooked. Let it cool down then remove the skin well. Then mash well with fork.
- Fry onion in oil then put zeera and let it golden then add all spices except pickle.
- Then add up Chopped ๐
