  7. Make ready 1 tbs kanda lasun masala

  17. Prepare 2-3 cup Water to adjust consistency
Instructions to make Masala Baingan:
  1. Dry roast sesame cumin poppy seeds and decicated coconut and grind them into powder.
  2. Wash and dry all Eggplants.slit each Eggplant lengthwise till the stalk. Take oil and fry all Eggplants and keep them aside.
  3. In same oil add bay leaf, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minutes on medium flame now add onion curry leaves
  4. Slightly onions turn golden then add Tomatoes and cook until tomatoe get tender then add goda masala coriander powder turmeric powder salt kanda lasun masala and mix well
  5. Now add powder which we had prepared in 1st step and add Eggplants mix well add water to adjust consistency cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes and serve with roti ro Bhakri made with Jawar aatta
