The ingredients needed to make Mini pizza buns:
- Take 3 burger buns
- Take 250 gm chicken boneless
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 3 tbsp tandori masla

Steps to make Mini pizza buns:
- Marinate chicken with g.g paste, tandori masla & lemon juice for half and hour..
- Then fry in little oil..
- But i have left over cooked masala left.. so i took chicken fry in little oil..
- Then add masala into chicken and cook for 5mins it's ready..
- Shredded cheese and put in refrigerator so it's not melt while u preparing other ingredients..
- Cut all veggies in cubes and set a side..
- 3 Each burger has two piece so it's become 6 buns ok.. place all buns in baking tray..
- Add chilli garlic sauce and spread evenly on buns..
- Now add little cheese on top of the sauce..
- Add cooked chicken and veggies according to your choice but do not over fill with ingredients.. they were not properly baked if it's over filled..
- Lastly cover with cheddar cheese..
- Bake at 150 degree for 5 min on both flame..
- After 5 min put on more 10min on top flame.. so it's come up with nice colour.. Did not cooked whole time on both flame otherwise buns become harder from the lower side..
- Our mini bun pizza are ready now..
- Enjoy with ketchup and Serve your guest with tea☺️
