  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted and crushed)
  7. Get 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds(roasted and crushed)
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder or upto taste
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli crushed
  11. Take 1 tsp All spice powder
  12. Take 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  13. Get 1/2 cup Water

This is healthy snack because it steamed not fried. Steamed dudhi muthia is sautéed in oil with mustard seeds and sesame. (Muthi Kabab or Muthiya kabab) For. Steps to make Muthiya kabab:
  1. In chopper add mutton mince,ginger garlic paste, green chillies,fresh coriander and chop well
  2. Now add all spices mention as above and chop untill well combined
  3. Now take a mixture,Grease your hands with oil and make kabab of equal size(muthi size)
  4. In wok,add cooking oil and place kababs..add water and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes..and then cook at high flame until it's golden brown..
  5. And your kabab is ready😋😋served with raita or chutney..
