- Wash and cut bringals into thin slices and soak into water
- Add red chilli powder, salt and tamarind pulp into water of bringal slices and marinate for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes strain all the water and keep them in strainer. Squeeze gently from palm of both hands to remove all the water. Keep a side
- Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, carom seeds and make a thick better with water.
- Now heat oil and dip bringle slices into gram flour mixture to coat nicely than one by one deep fry them from both sides till golden brown colour.
- Take out on tissue to soak extra oil and serve with chutney or ketchup
