  1. Wash and cut bringals into thin slices and soak into water
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt and tamarind pulp into water of bringal slices and marinate for 30 minutes
  3. After 30 minutes strain all the water and keep them in strainer. Squeeze gently from palm of both hands to remove all the water. Keep a side
  4. Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, carom seeds and make a thick better with water.
  5. Now heat oil and dip bringle slices into gram flour mixture to coat nicely than one by one deep fry them from both sides till golden brown colour.
  6. Take out on tissue to soak extra oil and serve with chutney or ketchup
