  4. Get 1 Finely Chopped Carrot
  5. Take 1 Handful of Chopped Mushroom
  6. Take 2 Eggs
  7. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  8. Get 1 Salt/Pepper to Taste
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  10. Get 1/4 tsp Oregano
  11. Make ready 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  12. Make ready 1/4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions to make Quinoa Stir-Fry!:
  1. Cook Quinoa in water with an added pinch of salt until all the water has been absorbed
  2. Once cooked, set aside and prep a skillet on med heat with only 1/2 tablespoon of the olive oil
  3. Mix until all the veggies are cooked well and add in some salt and pepper to taste as they cook
  4. Once veggies are cooked to your liking add in the garlic powder and oregano
  5. Next (you can use the same skillet) push all the veggies to one side of the pan, add the remaining oil to the cleared out side and cook your two eggs here and add salt and pepper to taste (can also do this on a separate pan)
  6. Once eggs are all scrambled and cooked, combine it with the veggies in the skillet
  7. Once all combined add in cooked quinoa and mix in the sauces, once all incorporated taste and add any more salt, pepper or garlic powder you feel is missing
  8. This is like fried rice expect without the rice! So this tastes best hot! Enjoy!
