  2. Fry for 5mins s then add chopped onions to fry till golden brown
  3. Add grated tomatoes and cook for 2mins
  4. Add the sliced green peppers and salt then chilli
  5. Cover to cook for 5mins
  6. Cool and Serve with cold juice
