- In a blender add the bread slices and make as fine as breadcrumbs

- For the sugar syrup in a bowl add water and sugar and bring it to heat, keep stirring until the syrup is threadlike and done. Add some cardamoms. Set aside.
- Make balls from the dough and add chopped almonds, pistachios and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat oil and deep fry the Gulab Jamuns. Add the Fried Gulab Jamuns to sugar syrup and keep it in the syrup for 6-7 mins.
