The ingredients needed to make Hashbrown casserole:
  1. Make ready 35 eggs
  2. Prepare Bag frozen hash-browns
  3. Prepare Meat of choice-ham sausage or bacon
  4. Prepare 1 C Colby jack cheese (or substitute 1/2c mozzarella & 1/2C cheddar)
  5. Take Olive oil
  6. Take Garlic
  7. Prepare Seasoned pepper
Instructions to make Hashbrown casserole:
  1. Scramble the eggs in a little olive oil and garlic. Layer on the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and allow to cool.
  2. Cook your meat then layer on top of the eggs. I used diced ham.
  3. Once cooked sprinkle cheese on top. I used mozzarella and cheddar.
  4. Fry your hash browns in olive oil. And place on top of egg mixture.
  5. Bake at 400 till warm all the way thru. Add additional cheese on top if you wish.
