  2. Cut the greenbeans and carrot into thin long slice, also the red bell and green pepper into thin long slice.
  3. Divide the onion into two,cut half into small pieces and d other half into thin slice
  4. Set the pieces of chicken in a pot,add stock cube,thyme and half onion u cut in to pcs. Pour water as the same level on the content of the pot… cook on high heat.
  5. On another pot, stir fry ur greenbeans and carrot,onion, then your pour in your meat stock you can add water if u want.
  6. Add curry powder,cubes and spice of ur choice, stire and continue cooking once it boils
  7. Mix the cornflour or flour mayb 1-2 spoon to thickn it
  8. Lastly add the red bell and green pepper,onion stir and bring it down, you can serve with boild rice,couscous etc…
